Job description: As a Customer Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth execution of import and export operations on behalf of our customers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including customs authorities, shipping companies, and internal departments, to ensure compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery of goods.Responsibilities

- Facilitate customs clearance and ensure compliance with import and export regulations.
- Coordinate with shipping companies to arrange transportation and track the movement of goods.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding customs documentation, duties, and taxes.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to import and export activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide personalized service.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customs brokerage or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in using customs broker software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Expected salary: 4500 – 5000 per month
