Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage customer accounts by processing orders, updating account information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to customer interactions and documentations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements preferred.

Expected salary: 4500 – 5000 per month
