Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Manage customer accounts by processing orders, updating account information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Proactively identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes, and provide recommendations to management.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to customer interactions and documentations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
Expected salary: 4500 – 5000 per month
