- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and other computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Expected salary: 5700 – 6000 per month
