  • Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and other computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Expected salary: 5700 – 6000 per month
