Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers, based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing loyalty and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and promote additional products or services to customers.
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Expected salary: 5700 – 6000 per month
