Job description: Responsibilities:Develop high-impact pitch decks and proposals for events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.Translate event concepts and brand visions into visually engaging presentations using Canva and other tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).Collaborate with event designers and producers to accurately convey event design ideas and technical aspects.Create proposals that are persuasive, organized, and tailored to client needs, using both visuals and well-written content.Integrate digital marketing strategies into pitch decks, showcasing capabilities in Instagram marketing, YouTube content planning, and SEO.Maintain a consistent and professional aesthetic aligned with brand guidelines.Conduct research to inform deck content, industry trends, and competitor analysis.Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support project documentation and reporting.Confidently present ideas internally or to clients, demonstrating strong verbal communication skills.Required SkillsProven experience in the event industry with a strong understanding of event planning, production, and design elements.Proficient in Canva and other presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).Solid understanding of event design principles and how to visually represent them in proposals.Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and strategies (Instagram, YouTube, SEO, email campaigns).Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).Excellent writing and speaking skills; capable of telling compelling stories and communicating clearly with clients and teams.Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to tasks and collaboration.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Expected salary: 4500 – 5000 per month
