Job description: Safari JOBS is searching for a high-spirited Lodge Management Couple for a luxury 5* Big 5 safari property.Our client is in need of a couple that has a combination of the following skill sets / qualifications, experience & understanding etc: FGASA Trails Guide (or currently working towards the completion of thereof) / VPDA & all associated supporting certificates/documents, Maintenance, Lodge administration, Food & beverage, Housekeeping, Front of house, Guest relations, Hosting etc.If you have experience in the overseeing of building projects it is a strong advantage, but not compulsory.This is a currently intimate property in the progress of very exciting growth and expansion so you must be genuine all-rounders who have a real passion for various hospitality areas, including nature guiding.If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a lovely progressing work environment with caring, supportive seniors and Directors that encourage growth please do not miss out on applying for this vacancy!Unfortunately due to reserve rules and accommodation constraints couples with children or pets cannot be considered at this time.Applicants must be willing to undergo online psychometric evaluations as part of the hiring process.REMUNERATION / PACKAGE:Remuneration: Gross of approximately R8 – R30, 000.00* PER PERSON, per month. NEG. DOE qualifications and experience;Meals: Allowance provided ADDITIONALLY at R1, 500.00 PER PERSON, per month;Gratuities: Guides receive any specified tips or share in the tips pool for the day.
