– Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Corporate Sales Department and lead the recruitment and training of corporate sales representatives.
– Set and achieve the sales target for corporate accounts.
– Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials and coordinate with marketing team to align Corporate Sales Department’s sales strategies to the company’s objectives.
– Report on sales performance metrics and insights to senior management.
– Cultivate lasting relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
– Open to Asian nationalities
– Female, 35 years old and below
– Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably from F&B or QSR industry
– Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
– Must be knowledgeable of local store marketing tactics and strategies
– Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
