Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Corporate Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base. Understand clients’ furniture needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
2.Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate clients through strategic research, networking, and market analysis. Actively pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
3.Product Expertise: Possess an in-depth knowledge of the furniture products offered by the company. Provide expert advice to corporate clients on furniture selections, styles, materials, and design trends, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
4.Custom Solutions: Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to create customized furniture solutions for corporate clients, aligning with their brand identity and space requirements.
5.Negotiations and Proposals: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate terms and pricing with corporate clients. Ensure that proposals align with company policies and profitability goals.
6.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all corporate sales activities, including client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts. Generate regular reports for sales management, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
7.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to final delivery.
8.Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the corporate furniture market. Leverage this knowledge to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.Qualifications
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
2.Work Experience: Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in corporate sales, preferably within the furniture or related industries.
3.Strong understanding of furniture design, trends, and space planning concepts.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with corporate clients.
5.Proven experience in prospecting, networking, and cold-calling to generate new business opportunities.
