Job description: Responsibilities:Maintaining appropriate documentation per department policy Maintaining purchase orders i.e. expediting, change orders, cancellations, etc. Receiving approved Purchase Orders from seniors and ensuring all Purchase Orders are duly authorized Coordinating sourcing for all goods and services required for designated facility Processing purchase requisitions and orders, acquiring price quotations, and coordinating delivery of goods and services Coordinating purchase returnPreparing weekly/monthly purchase and other expense reports Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliersTracking purchase order and supplier delivery schedules Ensuring all deliveries are happening on timeMaintaining the proper and appropriate professional and ethical relationships with all vendor representatives, conducting business affairs according to principles and guidelines of the prudent purchasing philosophyParticipating in all team efforts as required Collaborating with other members of the team to carry out work smoothlyProviding ongoing support and assistance as needed to new initiatives and projects
Expected salary: 7000 per month
