The Coordinator – Learning and Development will be responsible for managing our LMS platform, facilitating product and brand training, and driving operational excellence across learning functions. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on ensuring seamless content delivery, tracking learner engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously enhancing learning outcomes through data-driven improvements. - Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including user registration, course uploads, and learner engagement tracking
- Create interactive product training content and develop role-based quizzes and assessments
- Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to schedule and deliver brand-specific training sessions
- Ensure attendance is recorded and quiz data is captured for every training
- Generate learning MIS reports and insights on engagement, performance, and ROI metrics
- Support content allocation, benchmarking, learner communication, and feedback collection
- Collaborate with the L&D Lead on parallel learning projects to scale training success
- Monitor platform usage and drive continuous improvement in learner participation
- Customize content workflows and user journeys to align with role-specific training needs
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in training coordination or LMS administration
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data management, training MIS, and reporting
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across departments
