As a Front Office Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the Front Office department. This role demands efficiency, strong multitasking abilities, and a hospitality-driven mindset to manage documentation, resources, and communication effectively.Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support across all Front Office functions
- Maintain and regularly update internal systems and guest databases with accurate information
- Oversee departmental supplies, equipment requests, and guest amenity stock
- Track purchase requests and assist in managing inventory and logistics
- Organize physical and digital filing systems, including confidential records and service contracts
- Facilitate communication within the team and support guest engagement activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or Front Office support role within a luxury 5-star hotel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Opera Cloud PMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential, other European languages are a plus
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a diverse, multi-cultural team and handle sensitive information with discretion
