Job description: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are completed successfully and on time. You will be responsible for supervising construction teams, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed according to specifications and within budget
- Manage and schedule construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop and implement project plans, including establishing timelines and milestones
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on construction sites
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any construction-related issues
- Communicate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Prepare and submit progress reports, budget estimates, and other project documentation
- Maintain detailed records of all construction activities, including labor, materials, and equipment used
- Train and mentor construction team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Construction Management preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Expected salary: 6600 – 7200 per month
