Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and making adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction, finding solutions to keep the project on track. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment for all workers. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and regulations.
