As a Concierge in the VIP Lounge, you will oversee daily lounge operations, deliver personalized service to VIP members, and manage everything from F&B support to luxury shopping arrangements and event coordination. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate across internal and external teams will ensure a seamless experience that aligns with Majid Al Futtaim’s premium standards.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new and returning VIP Lounge members, assist with enrollment, and present available services
- Deliver personalized guest services based on individual preferences and profiles
- Provide concierge support including dining reservations, transport arrangements, event access, and wellness bookings
- Coordinate lounge F&B, cleanliness, ambiance, and service experience
- Support pre-arrival guest planning and execute all special arrangements
- Offer personal shopping services and assist guests with product selection and styling
- Manage lounge bookings, vendor engagements, and in-lounge service providers
- Oversee campaign rollouts within the lounge and ensure SOP compliance
- Stay updated on UAE events, mall promotions, and partner offerings
- Maintain high standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, front desk, or concierge services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Deep understanding of VIP service standards and guest profiling
- Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of UAE’s luxury retail and entertainment scene is a plus
