JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design an appropriate AML/CFT compliance program for the Management to remaincompliant with applicable AML/CFT Laws, Regulations, Notices, the Standards andInternational best practice at all times. Establish and maintain appropriate AML/CFT policies, procedures, processes and controls. Ensure day-to-day compliance of the business against internal AML/CFT policies andprocedures. Act as the key contact point regarding all AML/CFT related matters/ queries from the CentralBank and any other competent authorities. Receive suspicious transaction alerts from employees and analyze them to take appropriatedecisions to report all suspicious cases to the FIU. On-going monitoring of transactions to identify high-risk, unusual and suspiciousCustomers/transactions on regular basis. Submit Suspicious Transaction Reports to the FIU in a timely manner. Cooperate with and provide the FIU with all information it requires for fulfilling theirobligations. Develop and execute AML/CFT training programs considering all relevant risks of ML/FT andfinancing illicit organizations including the ways/means for addressing them. Provide necessary reports to the Board of Directors on all AML/CFT issues, on a monthly &quarterly basis. Conduct regular gap analysis between Companys existing AML/CFT Procedures andcurrent Laws, Regulations, Notices and the Standards of the UAE in order to determine theextent of the level of compliance within the company and propose actions required toaddress gaps. Prepare Semi-Annual MLRO and Bi-Annual Compliance Reports. Follow up with compliance team for carrying out Online Audit quarterly to ensurethat all the financial activities carried out are in line with AML/CFT Rules and Regulations ofCentral Bank of UAE. Reviewing and approving the different services agreements of local and global agents. Keep track on changes in Legal and Central Bank requirements and updating the same incompliance manual on timely manner.
Expected salary: 25000 per month
