- Drive and support implementation of the Group\’s Total Rewards Strategy across multiple business units
- Design and review compensation structures, including base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and benefits plans
- Serve as subject matter expert and advisor on global mobility including assignment packages, immigration, and compliance
- Lead benchmarking reviews and provide insights for annual salary revisions and market competitiveness
- Collaborate with HR Directors and business leaders to ensure rewards strategies support growth, retention, and motivation
- Design training sessions and reward policies to drive organizational understanding and consistency
- Provide recommendations during budget planning for manpower needs and cost-effectiveness
- Contribute to group-wide reward projects, policy development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in multinational organizations
- Hands-on expertise in managing global mobility programs and cross-border workforce planning
Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office tools
- Strong planning and analytical skills, able to translate business needs into actionable compensation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Cultural awareness and ability to work across international teams
