Currently we’re looking for an experienced Community Worker to join our team on a permanent part time basis. You will be required to working within the Hilltops Shire Local Government Area, including Young, Boorowa, Harden and surrounding areas.
As part of a dedicated team you will provide services that include;
- Domestic assistance such as basic housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Respite
- Transport to appointments and shopping etc
- Personal care
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience as a Home Care Worker
- An Australian driver’s licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle is essential
- Reliability and compassion for the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Evidence of Covid Vaccinations
