About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with experience in the community setting to join our team! This position will require the ability to work independently and as part of the broader multidisciplinary team to ensure community health programs successfully target improved health outcomes for our target population.
To allow you to thrive in this role, you will be supported by the Community Health Team, your manager and a range of visiting services. In addition, we have 24hr access to online training and a very supportive Clinical Nurse Educator on site most days. You will also receive an in-depth orientation from the current nurses in this role.

Quirindi, known as the ‘nest in the hills’, is located in the Liverpool Plains. Offering a picturesque rural setting and various community events and festivals, Quirindi offers an idyllic lifestyle.
HealthOne Quirindi provides an integrated primary and community health service, incorporating General Practitioners, Community Health, Visiting Medical Services and private Allied Health Professionals. All these services work in partnership to provide client-centred, comprehensive and coordinated care to the local community.
The key objectives of the HealthOne NSW model include health risk identification, illness prevention, early intervention, chronic / complex disease management and multidisciplinary planned care.
