Job description: Responsibilities:Meets customers’ onsite as and when required.Provides updates to customers via various channels of communication such as general notices, bulletin boards and door drops.Ensures high level customer service.Resolves customer complaints and minimize issues escalated to Senior Management and Owners Committee.Ensures complaints are responded to and resolved as per agreed timelinesPrepares scheduled and ad-hoc reports for Owners Committees and ManagementPrepares presentations and analysis as may be required from time to time.Ensures all reports generated and submitted are reviewed for accurate information and quality content.Required Skills:Graduate Degree in Engineering or Building Management preferredMinimum of two years’ experience in relevant area preferably in a medium to large organizationGood communication skillsGood computer skillsExcellent organisational skillsStrong problem analysis, solving and research skillsAbility to convey message politely, tactfully and confidently in conflicts or challenging situationsGoof body languageAbility to interact tactfully and effectively with customersAbility to utilize available resources effectively

Expected salary: 6000 – 6500 per month
