Job description: The Communications Manager will contribute to the strategic communication framework. This position requires a strategic
and creative thinker with the ability to deeply understand and engage a wide variety of audiences encompassing students, parents, staff and the broader community.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the school’s mission, vision, and goals. This includes digital media, internal and external communications, public relations, and media outreach.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of the Digital Content Specialist and Communication specialist, ensuring high-quality content creation for digital platforms, newsletters,publications, and other communication materials.
- Oversee the School’s brand and identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and materials.
- Act as the School’s brand ambassador, developing brand guidelines and ensuring compliance across departments Develop and implement crisis communication plans, coordinating messages across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, with
- at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
