Job Description:
- Execute precise cooking techniques for hot section dishes.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in the hot section.
- Ensure consistent quality through taste tests and presentation checks.
- Manage inventory and control wastage in the hot section.
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections for smooth service operations.
Expected salary: 4000 per month
