In this full-time role, you will assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily tasks including mise en place, buffet setups, stock control, and maintaining hygiene standards.   • Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients and mise en place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Work across different kitchen sections and support buffet or event setups
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards according to hotel policies
  • Support food stock rotation and inventory checks
  • Coordinate with chefs to ensure timely and quality food production
  • Contribute ideas during kitchen briefings and menu planning when requested
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Passion for culinary arts and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable team player
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team and under pressure
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards in food handling and kitchen cleanliness
