  • Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and instructions from supervisors
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation across all meals
  • Maintain strict portion control and minimize waste while utilizing raw materials effectively
  • Collaborate on food trials for upcoming menu changes
  • Work in compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain proper kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Support the team during peak service hours and assist in other sections as needed

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Strong understanding of basic cooking methods and kitchen operations
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
  • Committed to delivering high-quality food consistently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player
  • Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
