- Assist Commis 1 and senior chefs in food preparation and basic cooking
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, and mise en place according to standard recipes
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas
- Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times
- Attend daily kitchen briefings and report equipment issues
- Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and compliance with SOPs
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional kitchens, preferably within a 5-star hotel
- Familiar with a range of kitchen operations and global cuisines
