Job description: Job DetailsKnowledge, skills & experience:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.Master’s degree preferred.Professional real estate certification desired.5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with at least 3 years in retail properties.Expertise in commercial real estate leasing, particularly retail properties.Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.Knowledge of leasing laws and industry best practices.Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Analytical skills for market data interpretation and strategic planning.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentCompany DescriptionThe Edari Vision is to grow along with our clients.
