Job Type: Full timeJob Summary:We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Manager – Airfreight to lead and develop our client’s airfreight division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airfreight consolidation, strategic commercial planning, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving business growth, developing commercial strategies, and managing a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive airfreight business growth.
2. Lead and manage a team of airfreight professionals, providing guidance and coaching.
3. Build and maintain relationships with airlines, agents, and other stakeholders.
4. Negotiate rates and contracts with airlines and other service providers.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
6. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.Requirements:1. 5+ years of experience in airfreight logistics, preferably in a leadership role.
2. Strong knowledge of airfreight consolidation, rates, and regulations.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.Preferred Qualifications:1. Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2. Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CILT, CSCP).
3. Experience with IATA regulations and standards.
4. Familiarity with Middle Eastern market dynamics and trends.Salary: AED 23000-25000 + Standard Benefits as per UAE law

Expected salary: 23000 – 25000 per month
