We care.About the roleNorthern NSW Local Health District has an exciting career opportunity for an Administration Clinical Support Officer to provide administrative and clerical support to the manager and team, to facilitate the smooth operation of the service/unit/facility. Providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional services for members of the health care team on designated wards/units.If you have:

\
  • Holds or willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal courteously with people at all levels
  • Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment
  • Experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email software, preferably Microsoft Office suite with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
