Job description: Responsibilities:Lead and manage a large front desk and reception team of 14 personnel.Oversee daily clinic operations, including:Electronic Health Record systemsAppointment schedulingClient registrationInsurance supportTeam rosters, staffing, and approving annual leaveIdentify inefficiencies and drive improvements in systems and processesNavigate automated systems and manage exceptions effectivelyLiaise across all stakeholder groups:ClientsCliniciansSenior leadershipFront desk staffMaintain clear communication and documentation across functionsRequired SkillsProven leadership experience managing teams in a clinical or healthcare settingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic desirable but not essentialAssertive yet compassionate; strong team playerProactive, responsive, and detail-orientedComfortable balancing day-to-day operational detail with strategyHands-on approach: willing to step in wherever needed while maintaining a professional interface with senior leadershipExperience with Nabih platform (essential) and understanding of UAE regulatory complianceFamiliarity with outpatient clinic operations, local laws, and healthcare systems essential
Expected salary: 18000 – 20000 per month
