Job Description
Client Services plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business by providing exceptional post-sales service and support for our exclusive range of products distributed through Winning Group. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly resolving customer queries and concerns.
- Assist installers and clients with technician enquiries during the installation process.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults with products, offering customers expert suggestions on product usage.
- Manage the warranty process, including spare parts ordering, technician arrangements, and regular client updates.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer enquiries, ensuring accurate information for future reference and supplier claims.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Technical Manager to stay updated on product knowledge and diagnostic material.
- Support the Service Liaison during peak periods and assist the Customer Experience team with escalated cases requiring detailed notes or technical insight.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Admin teams to process credits, refunds, or sales returns for faulty products.
Qualifications
- Must have Permanent Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
Additional Information
- Annual Base Salary $60,000 + Super.
- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
