We are seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, preparing tender documents, and providing quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
1. Quantity Take-off and Measurement:
– Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and measurements from design drawings and documents.
– Ensure that all quantities are correctly calculated and recorded.
2. Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
– Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
– Ensure that all costs are accurately forecasted and managed.
3. Tender Documentation:
– Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities and tender reports.
– Ensure that all tender documents are accurate and complete.
4. Contract Administration:
– Manage contract documentation, including contract agreements, variations, and claims.
– Ensure that all contract requirements are met and that the project is delivered within budget.
5. Project Cost Control:
– Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing cost-reduction initiatives.
– Ensure that all project costs are accurately tracked and reported.Requirements:
1. Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
– Proven experience in managing project costs, preparing tender documents, and providing quantity surveying services.
3. Certifications:
– MRICS or equivalent certification is an advantage.
4. Skills:
– Strong technical knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Salary AED 5000-6000 + Food + accommodation + trans + standard benefits as per UAE law

Expected salary: 5000 – 6000 per month
