The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Du and Etisalat projects, ensuring that all site activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers on-site, specifically focusing on telecom projects, trenching, and utility installations.
- Ensure all work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Manage on-site operations, including excavation, trenching, and the installation of telecom infrastructure.
- Oversee the laying of cables and the installation of related utilities in compliance with Du and Etisalat standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Inspect work areas and completed work to ensure compliance with company quality standards and client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of daily work activities, labor hours, material usage, and equipment deployment.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members on best practices and job site safety.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to report progress, issues, and changes in project scope.
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering Degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role, particularly in telecom, trenching, and utility projects.
- Proven experience working with Du and Etisalat projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of civil construction techniques, trenching operations, and utility installations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
