Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals in alignment with the overall mission and objectives. Lead the executive team in formulating strategic plans, initiatives, and policies to drive business growth and profitability. Identify new market opportunities and innovative approaches to expand the company’s portfolio and market presence.

2.Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including project management, construction, sales, marketing, finance, and administration. Ensure efficient and effective execution of projects from inception to completion, while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence. Implement best practices and operational procedures to optimize processes and maximize productivity across all departments.

3.Financial Performance: Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate the company’s financial health and performance. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization to achieve financial targets and objectives. Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

4.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, clients, government agencies, and industry associations. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand awareness, networking, and business development opportunities. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5.Leadership and Team Development: Provide inspirational leadership and mentorship to the executive team and employees, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring the development of high performing teams capable of achieving company objectives and goals. Promote a positive work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee well-being, while upholding ethical standards and corporate values.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2.Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of success in delivering profitable projects and driving business growth.
3.In-depth knowledge of real estate industry trends, market dynamics, regulations, and best practices.
4.Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make strategic decisions to optimize financial performance.
5.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
6.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
7.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
