- Set annual budgets and sales targets for corporate, retail and deposit business
- Set and agree on strategic priorities, annual objectives and KPIs for the business
- Guide, direct, develop, motivate and manage the performance of all direct reports – 7 direct reports
- Support marketing efforts to evaluate, develop, launch and promote new Islamic products and services across the UAE
Expected salary: 55000 – 60000 per year
