A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE.Job Description:
– Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
– Oversee team processing client invoicing, receipts and receivables and prepare payment cheques, bank transfers etc. as required.
– Prepare and maintain periodic reconciliations of vendors and suppliers, management reports/MIS, VAT reports and submit the returns.
– Review the accounts of customers and vendors and ensure Receivable and payables are updated.Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
– 30 years old and below.
– Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
– Must have at least 4 to 5 years as Chief Accountant in UAE with Real Estate Experience in Dubai.
– Must hold Chartered Accountant certification or equivalent.
– Knowledge of real estate accounting principles and RERA, DLD procedure knowledge are an advantage.
– Should have a good knowledge of Accounting Standards and UAE practices.
– Experience in month end / annual closing books.
– Must possess a strong knowledge Cloud ERP, Netsuite, Sap etc.ABOUT THE COMPANYRTC-1 Employment Services is a licensed recruitment firm based in Dubai, UAE.
