- Necessary support to the files service team.
- Keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.
- Expert knowledge in CRM/ERP. Task /operations/process, prequalification documents, water treatment operations, water treatment industry experience.
- Method statement, official letter to clients, supplier and costing, quotation, and providing proper feedback.
- Assisting Sales and Service Engineer to manage the existing and new clients by providing back-office support.
- Streamline report filling, document control, handling client/staff, and providing proper feedback.
Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree.
