  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest culinary standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines set by the Chef De Cuisine
  • Maintain mise-en-place and ensure all ingredients are prepped and stocked to meet kitchen timelines
  • Oversee food quality, portion control, and plating consistency during service
  • Manage and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations in your section
  • Support menu development using seasonal ingredients and fine-dining plating concepts
  • Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards across all preparation areas

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
  • Excellent skills in menu development, food costing, and kitchen coordination
  • Strong leadership in a high-paced, multicultural kitchen environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and kitchen inventory tools
  • Commitment to delivering luxury guest experiences through fine culinary artistry
