Job description: Royal Oaks in Bradbury, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2024 by U.S. News & World Report is seeking a Full-time, 7am-3pm Charge Nurse LVN/LPN for its Skilled Nursing team.
** Full-time ** 7am – 3pm ** $32.00 – $39.00/hour (DOE) ** 4 / 2 Schedule
Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Current LVN/LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Prior LVN nursing experience within skilled nursing, senior care, post-acute or sub-acute care environments preferred, but not required
