Job description: Job Description:Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Channel Manager – Mid-AtlanticLocations: Richmond or Roanoke, VA, Linthicum Heights, MD, or Washington, DCHybrid Schedule- 2 days in office, 3 days remoteIn this role you will be is responsible for generating sales and market share growth within commercial and federal customers through your named IT and Electrical Distribution partners. As Channel Manager, you will have the principal responsibility of leveraging the Schneider Electric value proposition into your named accounts to establish, develop and nurture the business relationship.What will you do?Develop partners to maximize territory revenue
- Define key partner initiatives and support implementation
- Put a strong focus on customer digital experience and activities as a differentiate for sustainable and profitable growth
Collaborate with the Territory team to increase business identified, fulfilled, and especially owned by partners
- Jointly with the Territory Managers, build business plans for collaboration and growth in the partner channels
- Work with design resources within region (ASP) to identify and develop partner opportunities within the Data Center Market.
- Leverage internal resources (ICM) to improve ease of doing business: Quoting, On-boarding, Pre/post sale support
Key Stakeholder in Channel/End-user lead development sharing.
- Collaborate with TM to strategize and develop region specific acquisition campaigns targeting net new customers.
- Mine and develop key relationships with the focus on cross customer collaboration
In Addition:
- Leverage a portfolio of partners and key market influencers to support territory growth across multiple verticals
- Collaborate with NAM’s to develop targeted regional campaigns impacting growth
- Utilize Channel Marketing resources to develop and maintain mind-share within partner accounts
What’s in it for you?For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $108,800.00 – $163, 200.00 per year and an additional uncapped commission.The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
