Position Profile: The Department of Health are seeking experienced and self-motivated individuals to join our State Health Operations Centre. This is a great opportunity for those who wish to develop further in the Change space, whilst working on a varied and exciting program.
The State Health Operations Centre (SHOC) will bring together key functions from across the health system to operate in greater coordination and synergy to manage safe and efficient patient flow. These functions include patient transport services; call taking, triage and dispatch (St John WA); virtual emergency care; and establishing situational awareness of demand and pressure across health service providers and St John WA by ensuring collective system-wide access to data, analysis and predict analytics capability.
As a Change Consultant within SHOC, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing project change plans in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring the people side of change is coordinated and aligned with State Health Operation Centre initiatives to ensure successful outcomes are achieved and embedded.
- Supporting the Change Manager in implementing a suitable change methodology for the State Health Operations Centre.
- Supporting the State Health Operations Program team in developing change management capability.
