About You

  • You have a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
  • You have recent oncology and haematology experience at an advanced practice level, including competence in cytotoxic administration and central venous access device (cvad) management.
  • You have recent experience delivering education and understanding of learning and assessment principles.
  • You have recent experience and extensive knowledge of systemic cancer treatment protocols.
  • You have a current Australian Drivers’ Licence.

Where you’ll be working

You will be required to work in the Outpatients Cancer Day Units at both Gosford and Wyong Hospitals. Joining now promises excitement, as the existing Wyong Cancer Day Unit is set to undergo redevelopment starting February 2024. The goal is to have the newly expanded Wyong Cancer Centre ready by November 2024.
