- Receive and process tuition and fee payments, ensuring accurate recording and receipting
- Handle petty cash disbursements and maintain reconciliation records

- Support the accounts team with day-to-day financial operations and reporting

Job Requirements
- High school certificate required; diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or cashiering role
- Proficiency in data entry and financial record management
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for working with staff and parents
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success
- Familiarity with school finance systems or ERP tools is an advantage
