Job description: We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Call Centre Executive to join our busy team. As a Call Centre Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve accurately recording customer information, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to any issues raised. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
  • Record accurate and detailed customer information into the database
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues through active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
  • Follow all call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations

Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
