Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Centre Executive to join our team. As a Call Centre Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and chat channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Effectively handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Provide exceptional customer service and support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing escalations
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer interactions and maintain customer databases
- Actively promote and upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and promote customer loyalty
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and call centre software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
