- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information to customers about our products and services.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Updating customer accounts and providing administrative support as needed.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
