As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or complaints. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service.Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing accurate information to customers about our products and services.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Updating customer accounts and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
