The Call Center Agent Bilingual – Abu Dhabi UAE will be responsible for managing customer queries through phone interactions while ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and performance metrics. The role includes maintaining updated customer records, resolving product and service issues, and contributing to lead generation for FAB offerings.Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer complaints within the defined authority levels or escalate as required
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs and feedback
- Update customer records and service logs with detailed call documentation
- Achieve call quality, service level, and customer satisfaction targets
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate qualified sales leads
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with bank policies
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and provide coverage during peak service times or unplanned floor requirements
- Support special assignments as directed by team leaders or supervisors
- Comply with FAB’s internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory obligations
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or call center environments
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (verbal and written communication)
- Strong listening, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based service environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call documentation procedures is a plus
