As a Butler at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, you will serve as the primary luxury ambassador for guests, managing their needs from pre-arrival through to departure. This role involves coordination with other hotel departments to provide seamless, personalized experiences that reflect the heritage of the St. Regis Butler program. You will demonstrate impeccable service standards, anticipatory attention to detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable stays.Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized butler services throughout the guest journey
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest preferences and requests
- Assist guests with check-in, packing/unpacking, reservations, and amenities
- Maintain guest confidentiality and handle sensitive needs discreetly
- Ensure all service is delivered with elegance, efficiency, and professionalism
- Monitor and support Butler Valets when needed
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and special request logs
- Uphold brand standards and act as a luxury lifestyle concierge
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in all guest interactions
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of guest service or luxury hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for anticipatory service
- Physically fit to stand, walk, and handle up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts in a fast-paced environment
- No supervisory experience required
