Job description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Responsible for resolving issues and implementing process or system enhancements as required for the legacy business systems and new ERP system (Infor Syteline)
- Manage and obtain approvals for all change requests, particularly regarding scope and timelines
- Prioritizes issues and determines impact of application issue on business environment
- Lead projects within a set of deadlines using established Project Management Methodology & Governance to meet or exceed customer project requirements.
- Support end users in day-to-day activities
- Review all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirement traceability in compliance with current application development and enterprise architecture standards.
- Ensure integration between business process requirements, current application environment and vendor software.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project and system operational and financial risks.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the various departmental processes.
- Analyze current business processes, recommending and implementing agreed process automation and improvements
- Maintain application landscape documentation, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the global Business Systems Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Manufacturing and Supply chain processes and/or related systems.
- 5+ years of experience in managing and supporting ERP systems, ideally Infor Syteline or other Infor ERP systems.
- Experience in reporting applications like Birst, Tableau, PowerBI, and Crystal report would be desirable.
REQUIREMENT:
- Knowledge of and experience in supporting Infor’s Syteline ERP environment strongly desired
- Experience in Microsoft’s 365 Environment utilizing all features and applications desired.
- Database knowledge of MYSQL and MongoDB
- Knowledge of digital form design is desirable.
- Knowledge of development tools such as Visual studio, SSMS, Report Builder is desirable.
- Knowledge of Reporting and Analytic tools
- Knowledge of development technology such as. net, SQL, VB Script, PHP, Bootstrap is desirable.
- Good understanding of PMP and Agile processes
- Demonstrates effective leadership ability to contribute to a matrix team environment resulting in significant overall team performance.
- Good understanding and experience on modern software development methodologies and tools.
- Ability to understand business needs and apply the appropriate designs and technologies to meet the needs of the functional internal customers.
- Ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information. Resourceful and a Problem Solver.
- Skills in managing time and organizing own work.
- Work well under pressure and adhere to strict timelines; Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively in a team environment

- Candidate must be willing to travel within the UAE and internationally up to 25% of the time
- Must be able to operate computer and other IT equipment as the job requires.
