The individual will work collaboratively with other managers to provide the structure, training, and support needed to help these advisors succeed, while contributing to the overall strength and efficiency of the advice units. By empowering Pathway Advisors, the Business Development Team Leader will play a vital role in building the foundation for the client’s future growth and client service excellence.Key Responsibilities:– Pathway Advisor Development: Deliver structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support for Pathway Advisors, guiding them toward professional growth and independent advisory roles.– Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with other managers and the leadership team to align strategies, ensure consistency across advice units, and drive continuous improvement.– Onboarding and Integration: Support the smooth onboarding of new Pathway Advisors, helping them adapt quickly to the company’s processes, culture, and expectations.– Performance Management: Monitor the progress and performance of Pathway Advisors, providing regular feedback, setting clear goals, and addressing development areas to ensure they meet and exceed expectations.– Process and Workflow Optimisation: Collaborate with managers to refine workflows and develop scalable processes that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the advice units.– Team Building and Engagement: Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages continuous learning, accountability, and high standards of professionalism.– Client Service Excellence: Ensure Pathway Advisors are equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality advice and service to clients, upholding the client’s reputation for excellence.Qualifications:– Proven experience in developing and mentoring junior professionals, ideally within financial services or a related industry.– Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with advisors and managers.– Familiarity with structured training programs and development pathways.– Knowledge of financial planning processes, standards, and regulations in key jurisdictions.– A passion for building talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client service excellence.What They Offer:– Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.– Opportunities to shape the future of the firm by developing the next generation of advisors.– A collaborative and supportive work environment focused on professional growth.– The chance to work closely with senior leadership and make a meaningful impact on the company’s growth and success.If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact us for more details.
