They are passionate about enriching grass root projects to radiate success. Based in Dubai, they channel poetic, conceptually strong and visually engaging design to build enduring brand equity. Their objective is clear: to help clients to attract and retain customers through iconic branding, media, content creation and events.You do not need marketing, branding or agency experience to be considered for this role.Key Responsibilities:
- Market Mapping: Identify and analyse key industries and sectors in the UAE to uncover potential clients and opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to new prospects across diverse industries, leveraging your network and market insights to secure meetings and pitch opportunities.
- Pitching & Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our expertise in branding, marketing, and creative solutions.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and strategies that align with client objectives.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals that drive revenue and align with our growth goals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Insights & Reporting: Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competition to refine strategies and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- A strong network of decision-makers across various industries in the UAE.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute effectively.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless proposal development and client interactions.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and cultural nuances is essential.
