Job description: Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to inform business development strategies.
1.Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through networking, industry events, and outreach campaigns. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the client base.
1.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to enhance their event experiences.
1.Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs. Tailor offerings based on client feedback and industry trends to maximize appeal.
2.Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
3.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables and event execution. Provide feedback to teams based on client interactions and market insights.
4.Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and promote the company’s offerings. Represent the company in a professional manner, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
5.Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics for management review.Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2.3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the exhibition and events industry.
3.Strong understanding of event management and exhibition practices.
4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
